I can not connect without using a vpn.

DCMA is invalid in the UK, although many think that pornography is legal in the UK, it is a incorrect, only possession and viewing has been legalised, production and distribution of adult content produced in the UK is still subject to rules, any video or film must by law have a BBFC certificate, so any content without is illegal and has no validity in a court of law. In other words you cannot Copyright porn in the UK without a BBFC certificate.

DMCA is only valid in America but that also includes any registered domains or servers that websites are hosted on, so if this website is registered or has just one server in America then it must adhere to a DMCA takedown request
